Application procedure

1. Applicants must complete and sign the New Connection or Bandwidth upgrade application form and faxe it to 2289 4434.

2. Once the application has been approved, the applicant must agree with CYNET or any other provider to connect their network to the CyNet router. If the applicant would like for CYNET to provide the local loop then he has to complete, sign and fax the Service Provisional Contract (Local Loop) form to CYNET.

3. When this work is completed the CyNet Network Operations Centre will contact the applicant for all appropriate settings to complete the connection.
